A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on open and used products; however, your satisfaction is our priority and we acknowledge that in order to solve issues, communication is key. Additionally, if a product arrives broken or damaged in any way, please photograph your damaged goods and send us the photos within 24 hours of delivery.
